LL Bean Norwegian Sweater
With weather rapidly dropping, I had to pull out my Norwegian Sweater from the ole' "winter box." I actually found mine at a thrift shop in Boston 3 years ago (before LL Bean reissued them).
Kiel James Patrick Accessories
I seriously love this guy's stuff. Everything breaths nautical, is impeccably made (in the USA!), and totally unique. I'm a huge fan of the Turks Head Knot belt, and while I don't typically wear anything on my wrists except for maybe a watch, I think I'm going to make an exception for the "Calm Waters" bracelet.
Clark Desert Boots

Aside from Bean Boots, these are my second favorite fall shoe. You can never go wrong with a shoe originally designed for the British military, after all.
Seersucker Thursday!
Seersucker Thursday is easily my favorite Capital Hill tradition. I've been working to start this up around the office, but has so far proved unsuccessful. It seems I am surrounded by fellow employees who do not share my same affinity for the Southern.
Stars and Stripes Reversible Bow Tie
A friend of mine recently introduced me to the coolest reversible bow-tie ever made by High Cotton Ties. Just in time for the America's birthday!
Summers Here!
Pull out the Vilebrequins from your summer box, it's finally here!
As a side note... Vilbrequin is starting to bother me... I really don't pay attention to trends as much as I just jump on things I like and it seems these folks decide to release a new pattern I like once a year. I'm on my third pair now and I love the new 'berry' ones. I give up.
Grenson Shoes
I once saw these Grensons in a vintage shop in NY. They were Grenson shoes commissioned by Paul Stuart with similar (but dark brown) uppers and wooden soles. For some reason I passed them up. After remembering them today and a few house of searching (trying to remember the company) I found them again. Not as on point as the pair I found from the 80s, but they still kill bucks; they will easily will be my new summer shoe after I snag a pair.
Castaway Plain Harbor Pants
While American Apparels corduroy pants are the winter ideal, with summer quickly approaching I gotta restock my Castaway Plain Harbor Pants. Sooooo comfortable.
